Welcome
You’re here because something in your work wants to move — even if part of you isn’t sure it’s safe to push yet. Maybe it was a belief about sustainability that didn’t fit the prevailing narrative. Or a conversation about leadership, power, or responsibility that felt familiar — or overdue. That tells me something about you.
You’re drawn to purpose-led work. You’re comfortable with complexity. And you know that meaningful change rarely comes from playing it safe. I’ve always been connected to work with purpose.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped articulate vision before it fully existed — leading strategy, shaping bold commitments, and holding the tough conversations real accountability requires. Often as the only woman in the room. Often working inside systems not designed for long-term thinking, or for women to hold power within them.
I don’t shy away from complexity. I’ve built my work inside it. I work with leaders in high-impact industries — mining, energy, critical minerals, infrastructure — where decisions have real consequences and sustainability isn’t theoretical. It’s operational. It’s political. It’s human. What once felt like friction, I now recognize as strength.
I ask the questions others avoid. I stay steady when conversations get uncomfortable. And I know how to move ideas into action — even when the path forward isn’t clear.
This work has sharpened a conviction I hold deeply:
We need more women in positions of power — where they can make decisions, control resources, and shape policies and perspectives across all areas of society.
— Melinda Gates
Because when women rise, families rise. Communities rise. And systems begin to shift. This belief runs through everything I do. It’s why I work alongside executives and boards. Why I coach leaders navigating visibility, pressure, and responsibility. And why I’ve built spaces like Gathered and conversations like The Rebuild Podcast — places where women in sustainability can think clearly, speak honestly, and lead without shrinking.
I don’t believe in performative leadership.
I believe in thoughtful, courageous decision-making.
And I believe sustainability is a leadership responsibility.
If you’re here because you’re questioning the status quo, navigating complexity, or stepping more fully into your influence — you’re in the right place.
Stay awhile. Explore the work.
You may find language for something you’ve been carrying — or space for something you’re ready to claim.
