Private, 1:1 coaching for women working in sustainability, impact, and purpose-led careers who are ready for a meaningful shift.
The women I work with are often preparing for their next executive role, increasing their visibility and leadership presence, or stepping into greater decision-making power. Many are at a moment of transition — including the possibility of starting something of their own — and want to move forward with intention rather than hesitation.
This work is about power: how you hold it, how you’re seen, and how you choose to use it. We currently have 2 programs: The Ascent - our private 5 month coaching package, and The 2026 Sanctuary Sessions - 1/2 day in-person sessions.
